Many wholesale customers combine wearable teacher amplifiers (VoiceMate™ M801, WB002) with larger portable PA systems (VoicePower™ S99, S200) and wireless microphone accessories in a single shipment. All units count toward one volume-discount tier regardless of model mix.

In-stock models dispatch within 48 hours from our warehouse. Larger bulk orders, OEM, or custom-branded orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks — we confirm a firm delivery date with your quote. We ship worldwide; freight costs, duties, and taxes are either shown at checkout or included in your custom quote depending on destination and Incoterms.

Here's how it works: submit your PO by email to our institutional sales team — we confirm receipt, fulfill and ship your order, then issue a formal invoice against the PO for your accounts-payable department. If your organization requires vendor setup documentation before the PO can be issued, we handle that first (see the next question). We also provide formal quotes on company letterhead with itemized models, quantities, unit pricing, and shipping costs — ready for your purchasing department or board approval.

Yes. We provide all standard vendor-file documentation that institutional buyers typically require, including W-9 (or W-8BEN-E for international supplier registration), Federal Tax ID / EIN, formal company information on letterhead, and Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. If your school or district uses a vendor portal, supplier questionnaire, or requires SAM.gov / DUNS registration details, our team will complete those forms for you.
