A. United States Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all locations within the United States, including the 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Fees
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders, regardless of order value.
No sales tax is charged on any order.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping generally takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent containing your tracking number.
You can use the tracking link to view real-time shipping updates and estimated delivery dates.

Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions
– We do not offer international shipping for orders placed on the U.S. store.
– Some oversized lighting items may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes. A physical address may be required.

B. International Shipping Policy

For international customers, we deliver to most countries worldwide and strive to provide reliable, high-quality service.

Shipping Fees
All international orders enjoy free worldwide shipping, except for the following countries:
South Sudan, Palestine, Yemen, Afghanistan, Syria, and Iraq.

Processing & Delivery Time

– Shipping Time: 5–30 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.
