"It's pretty much like a mini megaphone. The strap is key so that you can wear it a little lower to prevent the howling noises. But if you follow the directions and don't point the microphone at the device and keep it far enough away, it works great. Nice range and volume control. There's no lag whatsoever and it does a great job of amplifying your voice. The included headset is nicer than I expected it to be, so no need to upgrade there. It's really comfortable and works perfectly. Haven't used the card slot feature yet but in plan to test it soon. My voice isn't the loudest, so got this for presentations.
