WinBridge Company will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period (1 Year Warranty), any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, WinBridge Company may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However the return will not be accepted if the products has no defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Also we do not accept the returns which the product has no defect.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred.
Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. WinBridge Support can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders.

Will I have to pay any sales tax?

Does this wireless microphone work with the M700 amplifier model?
Hi, so sorry the M700 is wired amplifier model, it cannot be used with this U8 wireless headset.
