We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However the return will not be accepted if the products has no defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wwinbridge.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you decide to return a product solely because you do not like it or have changed your mind, please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs. You will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Also we do not accept the returns which the product has no defect.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred.
Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. WinBridge Support can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders.

We are two jugglers who perform mostly at schools and libraries. We are looking for a lightweight alternative for spaces where we do not need our larger sound system. We are curious about the possibility of using two WinBridge S98 40W Wireless Voice Amplifier Portable Bluetooth 5.3 PA Systems. 1) Would the two systems be on the same frequency or different frequencies? 2) If they are the same frequency, would both headset mics be picked up by both amps? Would there be interference? 3) Can you think of other potential problems with using two amps simultaneously in the same space?
The WinBridge S98 40W Wireless Voice Amplifier Portable Bluetooth 5.3 PA Systems are designed to automatically pair and connect, typically operating on different frequencies. However, there is a possibility of them operating on the same frequency. Additionally, our headset microphone can be connected to multiple speakers, which means that when operating on the same frequency, both speakers could potentially connect to the same microphone.To avoid this issue, we recommend pairing one of the speakers with the headset microphone first, and then turning on and pairing the second speaker with the headset microphone. This approach helps to mitigate the potential problem of both speakers connecting to the same microphone when operating on the same frequency.

Hello. I just bought a WinBridge S98. How does one charge it? I'm assuming the microphone is charged through the USB port since I'm not seeing any other place to plug anything in. My suggestions (once you answer the question) would be to maybe add this information into your "User Manual" as there isn't anything labeled or stated in it. Thanks!
Thank you for purchasing WinBridge S98 40W wireless voice amplifier. To charge the voice amplifier, you can use your phone charger. Simply plug the charger into the Type-C charging port located on the headset microphone and the back of the speaker.
