If repair or replacement is not practical, WinBridge Company may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However the return will not be accepted if the products has no defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@wwinbridge.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you decide to return a product solely because you do not like it or have changed your mind, please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs. You will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will  inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Also we do not accept the returns which the product has no defect.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued

Cancelling your order

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred. 

Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. WinBridge Support can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders.

  • What\'s the warranty for WinBridge?

  • How long does it usually take to receive my order?

    The transportation time of M800 is usually one week.

  • What is the battery life for the microphone?

    The Operating time of the wireless microphone headset is about 3~5hrs if it is full charged before using.

  • I can\'t get my mic to pair. How do I do it?

    Here are some steps of how to pair wireless headset microphone with the speaker as below for your reference:

    Step1: Switch on the speaker
    Step2: Long press the "M" button with a voice prompt "UHF is waiting for connection" (If your device is under Bluetooth mode, please short press "M" button to change the modes into UHF mode, and then long press "M" button until comes out a voice prompt)
    Step3: Turn on the wireless headset microphone and long-press the "+" button on the wireless mic for a while, the blue indicator light will last on
    Step4: Test whether there is a sound comes out from the headset microphone

  • Is it possible to record on the device? Like if a speech is being made using the amplifier, is there a way to record it?

    Yes, most of our voice amplifier have this record function, so as this M800 voice amplifier. The specific operation is included in our user manual.

  • Can you run more than one speaker

    A headset microphone can be paired with multiple(If you need good sound, it is recommended to pair with 2-3 speakers at most) speakers, but a speaker can only be paired with two headsets.
