WinBridge Company will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period (1 Year Warranty), any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, WinBridge Company may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However the return will not be accepted if the products has no defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Cancelling your order

Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. WinBridge Support can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders.

I have a S92Pro Portable PA System. I have recently purchased a AFTERSHOKZ Opencomm Bone Conduction stereo Bluetooth Headset. I can get the new headset to pair with my Samsung A10e cell phone. How do I get it to pair to the S92Pro wireless voice amplifier?
Sorry, the S92Pro is equipped with a UHF wireless headset microphone. Your bone conduction stereo Bluetooth headset cannot be paired with it.
Will I have to pay any sales tax?
Tax is charged by Customs offices in the destination country based on their rules and policies.
